This Devima Privacy Policy describes the commitment of Devima (Devima, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) to protect the privacy of Our Customers and website visitors.
We have updated Our Privacy Policy with the aim to reflect the changes and comply with requirements of European Union General Data Protection Regulation which enters into force on the 25th of May 2018.

This Privacy policy applies to personally identifiable information that may be transferred to Us by Devima website visitors, Our Customers (“You”, “Yours”) for the purposes as specified in the respective consent form.

We DO NOT collect any sensitive Personal Information such as credit card number etc. We DO NOT collect and process any special categories of Personal data such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or any other sensitive data.
We do not collect any Personal Information of individuals who are younger than 18 years old. Devima does not allow the use of Services and Website by individuals younger that 18 years old.
Devima limited is the controller of Customer’s Personal Information. Our CRM and marketing automation systems may be the processors of Customer’s Personal Information.
All the Personal Information is collected after You have provided Us with explicit consent to processing Your Personal Information and is used in accordance with the specified purposes you have been informed of before you give the consent to processing.
Why do we collect the personal information?
All Personal Information as may be collected may be used for identification and communication with our Customers, marketing purposes, processing requests of potential customers, filling of orders. The explicit purpose of the processing shall be indicated in the respective consent form.

Devima may share Your personal information with trusted third party service providers – Our CRM and marketing automation systems. We shall ensure the protection of Your Personal Information by those third parties and shall make respective contractual guarantees with them.
In case Devima is involved in any merger or acquisition, or sells of its assets Your Personal Information may be transferred to the acquiring person. Devima will notify You of any of such change and provide You with the necessary relevant information regarding the new ownership. All Customer information constitutes the confidential information with limited access to and is treated respectively. All Our employees and contractual personnel are bound by and comply with Devima security policies regarding the protection of Customer Information.
How can you correct, update, amend or remove your personal information?
You may correct, update, amend or remove Your Personal Information by contacting us via form. We will reply to Your request regarding any changes and/or amendments to your Personal Information during 10 calendar days following the date we received Your request.
