What does the hiring process look like?

Usually, the candidate goes through an interview with a Co-founders and a tech lead. Then we offer candidates to perform small test tasks to check code quality.

Will I be recruited for a specific project?

No, we’re looking for long-term cooperation, not gigs. Projects are assigned by our management team when you’re onboarded. You usually work on one project at once, and it’s possible to change it after some time if you’ve been assigned to a very long one.

Is it possible to join Devima with no experience (as an intern) ?

It depends on the role. We always welcome young talents and strive to organise an appropriate environment for their growth.

Can I work remotely?

All our open vacancies are office-based. However, we could agree on a flexible working schedule.

Do you have a referral program? How does it work?
