Challenges and Objectives
Therapists specialize in such areas as anxiety, depression, addiction, sleep problems, trauma, LGBTQ struggles, or even veteran-related difficulties. For this reason they needed a simple thus secure inner real-time video platform for long and short-form video sessions.
Implementing real-time business logic on the backend requires substantial experience from software engineers. Thus, we put our efforts into building fully accessible platform both on mobile and desktop

How We Helped
We introduced 30 and 60 minutes long sessions. The link becomes active 10 minutes before the appointment and deactivates 10 minutes after the meeting that allows the secession the come to a natural and smooth ending.

Live interaction based on text and video chats with rich media such as video, audio & text. We used the Twilio cloud platform as a web service APIs that allows communication in a multi-user environment that is addressed directly but is anonymous among users.
