The entire process is to be facilitated online. Candidates are business development professionals.
Among the main functionality are creating an account, building out a profile, viewing, and applying for jobs. The main goal was to build a robust-enough profile so they could attract employers and produce suitable job matches.
The hiring process consists of several interview steps leading to an offer.

The second side of the process - emerging markets employers. Among the main functionality are posting a job, searching and inviting candidates to interviews, shortlisting matches and making an offers.

One of the most challenging flows was a “post a job flow”.
Goals:- Allow employers to easily create a job posting, leading to a critical mass of jobs on the platform;
- Help employers include the right details that entice candidates to apply;
- Get the right details about the job to produce good candidate matches.

We’ve created an Alariss’ in-house matching algorithm to curate a list of relevant candidates based on the employer’s profile information and job postings.
Goals:
- Allow employers to quickly identify candidates they are interested in, get to know the important details about their profiles, and invite them to interview;
- Take away the work of reading and filtering through a large database of candidates and instead deliver a short list of relevant candidates that match the employer’s needs.
